Emily Hollenberg is an Associate Attorney at the Law Firm of Hauer and Snover. She specializes in the area of family law. Emily received her Bachelors degree from Boston University and she received her law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
Prior to working at the Law Firm of Hauer and Snover, Emily worked as a Staff Attorney at the Wayne County Friend of the Court where, among other responsibilities, she acted as the Special Assistant Prosecuting Attorney establishing paternity and making child custody, parenting time, and support recommendations. She previously worked at Legal Aid advising clients on family law issues. Emily also worked at a Washington DC law firm representing US nationals seeking reparations for property disputes with foreign countries.
Emily has served at the Department of Justice, as a Special Assistant to the Chairman, at the Foreign Claims Settlement Commission of the United States. She also served as a Special Assistant in the Sex Offender Sentencing, Monitoring, Apprehending, Registering, and Tracking (SMART) office, also at the Department of Justice.
Emily represents clients throughout Michigan in the area of family law. She is a trained mediator.
Emily is admitted as a member of the Michigan State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar, as well as the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and the Family Law Section of the Oakland County Bar Association.
